Scholars School System is a project of UK CURRICULUM & ACCREDITATION BODY (UKCAB, a registered charity founded in 2006) is looking for a Business Lecturer with HE experiences for the Manchester Branch.
Scholars School System is a national independent higher education provider, offering world class education. Taught programmes delivered in partnership with Leeds Trinity University and Central Bedfordshire College and courses ranges from Foundation Year, Higher Nationals to Undergraduate Degrees. Over 5000 (UK and EU) learners have successfully completed their journey in last five years and student population for this current academic year is around 1500.

Reports to: Course Leader / Director of Academics.
Job Purpose:
Scholars School System is seeking to appoint a Business Lecturer with HE experiences who can deliver interactive lessons and provide academic support to our students. You should also achieve targets set, be capable of engaging learners towards a successful completion of the course as well as supporting students with their progression to learn. The role will require you to sustain change management and liaise with the Programme Manager, Deputy Academic Manager and Academic Officers.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. All aspects of planning, delivering and assessing student work, ensuring that all learning outcomes are met.
2. To actively be involved in staff development activities and peer observations.
3. Develop, update and improve course materials as appropriate.
4. The ideal candidate will have the responsibility for strengthening student performance, growth in undergraduate offers, staff development and maintenance of workplace culture and good practices.
Education:
Masters in Business Management or related subject
Experience & Position:
The appointed candidate will have:
· A teaching qualification or adequate teaching experience, with an understanding of lesson planning and scaffolded teaching.
· Experience in HE Business courses.
· Enthusiasm for delivering a high-quality education experience
· Experience supervising student work, providing support and feedback and ensuring student engagement.
You will be entitled to up to a 5k annual bonus and 3% annual increase, this is only subject to meeting your KPI'S
Salary
£24,000-£30,000 depending on experience
