Onboarding Team Leader
About the role
This is an exciting opportunity for an individual to join our charity and contribute to our aim of supporting youth to fulfill their best potential. As the Onboarding Administrator, you will work within the Onboarding Team. You will play a key role in the efficient onboarding of new volunteers and working with supervisors to ensure their successful integration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with successful candidates and support a seamless transition into the charity
- Providing suggestions for the continuous improvement of the HR processes
- Maintaining good working relations with other services
- Encourage a positive working environment, supporting a safe and productive workplace
Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Leadership skills and the ability to manage a team
- An enthusiastic and positive attitude
- An interest in HR is desirable, but experience is not required
