We are seeking a mid-level Business Intelligence and Data Analyst with previous Analyst experience. This role is our first dedicated data role, coming in to support our CIO in building a company-wide data strategy, and servicing the day-to-day data requirements of the company. You’ll be responsible for 4 main areas of accountability:
- Data architecture design
- Refining KPIs and building useful KPI dashboards
- Supporting any custom report requirements
- Interrogating our data to develop actionable insights to help move the business forward

We are keen to hear from you if you are currently in a similar role and love all things data! This role requires you to have an ability to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment and think on your feet; along with being confident to design and implement a scalable data architecture and great data standards for a rapidly growing and evolving business.
You will be able to produce complex dashboards with high business impact using Tableau, have the confidence using tools to extract, normalise, transform and store data as required as well as a solid working knowledge of SQL.
You will be articulate and be able to communicate at all levels within the business. Be confident in your approach and be able to translate all things data to the wider business.
Please note this role can be done remotely, however the successful candidate will need to have a touchpoint with HQ in person throughout their role.
