WHAT TO EXPECT
This role will see you provide the business with regular reports to Quality Performance and the wider AQ organisation. This will cover the reporting of the progress on the ASPIRE single issue resolution list, Warranty analysis & key drivers of spend, and supporting Supplier Quality reviews.
You will be supplying key information to senior reviews to assist decision making and ensuring actions are taken to spend up the issue resolution process. You will also be supporting the Quality programme teams with information on customer issues and experience to support decisions on future programme content.
We need you to be generally IT literate and expect a good understanding of office tools. You will also be using various systems and tools from IQM, Excel, to Tableau dashboards. This would be a great role for anyone who wants to learn more about Tableau, Big Query and starting a journey into data analytics. You can expect to be building your own dashboards to investigate data, and then present your findings with relevant teams.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
You will support and assist in the delivery of Data Analysis and processes to improve standards with a focus on the following:
Warranty Spend
Issue Prioritisation
Customer Surveys
You will provide assistance in data management best practices and governance, as required, and support Company Quality pillars in analysis and understanding of current car quality and issues. It will be your responsibility to provide insights on the key topics impacting customers and provide understanding of functional and non-functional issues experienced. You will work on other key research agencies to ensure accurate, timely and cost-effective delivery of study data and reports on an ad-hoc basis.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
Previous experience of Data Analysis
Previous experience and knowledge of various data management tools (i.e., SDS etc.) & MS Excel / Access
Excellent level of ability to structure, analyse/ interpret data.
High level of IT literacy
Degree qualified or equivalent experience preferred.
