The Role
This role is a part of the Digital Experience Analytics team, responsible for defining and executing analytics strategy for field operations & QF platform operations. Successful candidate for this role will need to have strong experience with AI/ML integration, databases, programming languages, team management and ability to manage across teams.
The Main Responsibilities
- Define processes, success scenario, KPIs and measurement plan. Establish operational objectives & executes on team vision & goals
- Manage priorities of multiple programs. Be adept at managing competing priorities through planned and ad-hoc requests
- Lead a skilled team of Analysts and Data Scientists, providing oversight, mentoring, and coaching to produce high quality insights
- Partner with and build strong relationships with the business stakeholders & organizational teams to deliver quantifiable performance improvement through quantitative analyses
- Lead AI/ML integration into current process for forecasting & optimization
- Define & deliver analytics strategy using technology and data to develop dashboards, metrics that measure functional excellence and develop organizational insights
- Create an environment for proactive analytics to quickly assess and identify potential opportunities and root cause analysis
- Proactively identify, prioritize, and conduct analysis that drives meaningful change on KPIs, and critical objectives established by the Business Units
- With a strong background in quantitative and qualitative analysis, apply advanced statistical algorithms for analysis of large-scale high-dimensional data across several business domains
- Experience extracting, working and joining together large, disparate data sets, transforming it into “easy to understand” actionable insights
- Using leading business techniques and methodology, create forecasts to identify system impacts and expected trends
What We Look For in a Candidate
- Experience in Field / Operations preferred
- 5+ years of hands-on experience MS SQL, Oracle, Big Query, and other relational and no SQL data languages
- 3+ years of experience with a programming language – R, Python, JavaScript
- 3+ years of experience with implementing ETL solutions for databases
- 3+ years of Machine Learning experience with technologies and algorithms that enable systems to identify patterns, generate insights and improve themselves through experience
- 3+ years of experience with effective communication of analytical outputs to stakeholders, including development of data summaries, visualizations and other storytelling methods
- Ability to work collaboratively throughout the organization
- Excellent attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or technology related field. Master’s degree preferred.

This position is eligible for either short-term incentives or sales compensation. Director and VP positions also are eligible for long-term incentive.
