Job Description
The successful Business Immigration Paralegal will hold the following responsibilities:
- Draft application including Certificates of Sponsorship and related forms under the new UK Immigration System.
- Coordinating visa applications and document authentication.
- Understand and communicate effectively on immigration benefits, government procedures and case processing time lines.
- Tracking and reporting on visa expiration dates and filing deadlines.
The Successful Applicant
The successful Business Immigration Paralegal will have proven relevant experience working on global immigration matters. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating work and residence permits, high-volume global corporate visa processing and visa requirements.
