We are looking for Business Graduates to join us at our regional Research & Development Headquarters in Cranfield, Bedfordshire, starting in September 2023.

The Graduate Scheme

We are looking to recruit business graduates, the Business Intelligence/ Cost Reduction Strategy department.

These roles will appeal to people who have an interest in business, organisational strategy but also in reporting and data analysis.

Some of the areas involved are business planning & forecasting, workload and capacity management, labour ratio calculations, cost reporting and identifying cost reduction opportunities.

There is also a training programme, which focuses on supporting you in the transition from University into the workplace and providing the skills and knowledge to help you on your way to moving into a permanent Business Analyst/Controller role after 2 years.

What you’ll need to be successful

A 2:1 degree (or predicted) in Business Management, Business Information Management, Finance, Accountancy or related subjected
An interest in working with Excel, databases and systems for data reporting and analysis
Working with honesty and integrity
A good communicator, building and maintaining great working relationships is vital
Determination to succeed
An inquisitive and can do mindset

Based in Cranfield, Bedfordshire, MK43 0DB
Hybrid working 3 days a week onsite
