Job description
Nuclear Business Platform (NBP) is a business unit of Industry Platform, a growth consulting firm headquartered in Singapore with regional presence in India, Morocco, Türkiye and South Korea. Established in 2012, NBP is 100% focused on the civil nuclear energy sector and serves as an avenue for private and public organizations to interact and expand their nuclear power programs. We have worked and established strong relationships with global nuclear companies and government agencies for over a decade. At the heart of what we do, NBP firmly believes that nuclear energy is pivotal in the fight against climate change and countries must include nuclear energy in their energy mix to achieve decarbonisation targets and industrialization ambitions. Markets which NBP operate in include East Asia, Southeast Asia, India, Africa, Middle East, Türkiye and Latin America.
NBP will be hosting international nuclear energy conferences in Turkiye, India, and Africa . We would like to hire an intern to engage with potential prospects.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Researching companies in the nuclear energy sector which might have an interest to enter the burgeoning Turkish, Indian, and African nuclear market
2. Working on having phone conversations with these companies to highlight to them the growth and business opportunities in the Turkish, Indian, and African nuclear markets and encourage them to attend the conference
3. Engaging with these companies post phone calls via emails
4. Working on following up with the companies to confirm their participation in the conference
Possibility to convert the intern into full-time at the end of the internship
