About the role…
We are looking for a full time Fulfilment Assistant to join our stock room and despatch department, based at our Barnstaple headquarters. This is a Monday to Friday position, 8.30am to 5pm (37.5 hours per week).
The key responsibilities of the role are:
· Ensuring all retailer and consumer orders are accurately prepared, picked and boxed within agreed targets and timescales, within terms and conditions set by the company.
· Preparing weekly consignments for our key account customers such as John Lewis and Amazon.
· Supporting a variety of tasks within the business including stock handling, sample preparation, mail-outs, goods in and the despatch of goods via mail and couriers.
· To assist with deliveries and restock goods, displays and packaging within the warehouse.
About you…
We are looking for a diligent individual within a small, friendly, and vibrant team environment who can use their own initiative. Self-motivated, hands on (not a desk job!) and keen to work towards our level of high customer service. It would be great to have you as part of our team. Full training will be given.
The key skills we are looking for are:
· Attention to detail
· Good numeracy
· IT knowledge - a basic understanding is required.
