UEI Falcontec® are excited to advertise for the position of a Business Development Representative.
Our global reputation as industry leaders in the supply and manufacture of hot foiling and embossing products is something we are very proud of, enabling customers worldwide to work with us across a diverse range of industries, resulting in the supply of the highest quality tooling. We are a very successful worldwide company focused on delivering solutions to our customers and meeting their needs, via our extensive product range and knowledge of the printing industry.
We have a great opportunity for a candidate that is highly motivated and driven, has the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and has experience in a production environment. The candidate will sell our products and also assist our customers, throughout the UK. Experience in a sales position is required.
Our perfect candidate will thrive working in a challenging but rewarding role and would be able to offer ideas, concepts and solutions to our customers.
Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to;
- Proactively sell our products and services
- Educate customers
- Active listening, relationship building, resilience, integrity, strong inter-personal skills, flexibility
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with internal and external customers
- Aid customers with technical support, either by phone, email or in person
- You will work proactively to find new business leads with the objective of converting these leads to revenue sales, as well as existing customer growth
- Excellent organisational skills including the use of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Positive can-do attitude with a strong passion for closing orders, including “trial close” based selling
This role will involve telephone sales and virtual meetings, leading to purpose driven sales visits.
Company education will be provided regarding industries we serve and products and services relative to each.
We are accepting candidates throughout the whole of the UK.

Salary: Ranging from £34,000.00 up to £38,000.00 per year, depending on experience
