Job description
Business Development Project Manager - NCEL CAMHS Provider Collaborative
Are you interested in contributing a commercial perspective towards reducing inequalities and improving patient outcomes for children and young people across North Central and East London? Do you have a passion for developing bids and business cases to deliver efficient and high-quality mental health inpatient services? Then we have a great opportunity to join the Commercial Development Directorate.
We are looking to recruit a creative and adaptable Business Development Project Manager. This role would suit individuals with the ability to work proactively to build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
We warmly welcome applications from the Veteran Community.
You will be embedded in the Commercial Development Directorate and work in collaboration with the North Central and East London (NCEL) CAMHS Provider Collaborative, led by ELFT, as well as with frontline clinical service staff, service users and operational leads across NCEL CAMHS providers and partner organisations, giving you a good overview of the whole system.
As a Business Development Project Manager you will be responsible for supporting NCEL CAMHS providers and partner organisations with developing bids and business cases for new growth and for the reconfiguration of existing services in line with the transformation of CYP mental health inpatient services across NCEL. This will require a high level of organisation, strong writing skills, and proven experience in business development, bid management, project management or similar.
This is a varied role, with no two days the same, and therefore you should be resourceful and adaptable to thrive in this environment. This will be a central coordinating role and therefore being a strong communicator is a must.
We are in a fast-changing commissioning and delivery landscape, and it is therefore a truly exciting time to join and be part of the transformation work across NCEL. Now in its third year, the Provider Collaborative is investing in new services and developing transformational projects in order to improve patient care.
We hope you will consider joining us to be a part of this change.
