Job description
We have a great opportunity available for a part time or full time, Conference and Events assistant at The Quays Hotel. We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic person who has a passion for offering great customer service. Previous experience in a customer facing role is essential.
The main duties include;
Welcoming arrival and departure guests, telephone/email enquiries, cash handling and reconciliation, following standards and communicate effectively with other departments. General cleaning duties.
