Competitive Salary of up to £33,000 depending on experience + attractive bonus.
Working week - Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours, with some flexibility offered.
SEND 2 Work, is a specialist organisation that helps adults with disabilities to gain employment. We are a Community Interest Company and are therefore not-for-profit. We use a specific technique called ‘Rec-Ready’ to help our customers into employment in suitable, sometimes created roles.
We are currently looking for a flexible, enthusiastic and highly motivated individual, to work on our exciting project in Bristol and surrounding areas.

As our Southwest Business Development Officer, you will:
- Proactively seek out new employers who wish to recruit a diverse work-force
- Negotiate employment opportunities where no vacancy may exist
- Help employers to implement our ‘Rec-Ready’ Strategy in helping them to match a role to a candidate rather than a candidate to pre-existing role.
- Work closely with our team to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
- To be aware of and to attend events in the local area such as careers fairs, and networking events for employers.
- To utilise time for face-to-face meetings and telephone campaigns to employers
- To ensure compliance with internal policies such as Health & Safety and Safeguarding
Must Haves (Please Read!):
You can demonstrate significant experience in one of the following areas:
- Recruitment
- Employer Engagement
- Sales (target driven and not including retail or customer service)
- Account Management.
This is a MUST and evidence will be requested such as P60’s and references
A full clean driving licence, your own vehicle, and business insurance.
Full Driving Licence and access to a car are essential
DBS check will be required with this role
