Due to our exciting, ongoing growth within the IT & Telecoms Sector, we are currently recruiting for an ambitious Business Development Manager (Telecoms) who will be responsible for setting and agreeing their sales targets and then maintaining a good client relationship.

WHAT? This Role
- Competitive uncapped commission with the potential to earn £200k + if sales targets met
- 25 Days Holiday + 8 Bank Holidays
- Optional Hybrid working
As an individual you will need to have a high level of personal motivation, a willingness to adapt in a fast-paced environment and be an effective communicator.
Additionally, you will:
- Identify the number of calls, level of personal marketing and appointments required to achieve agreed sales targets
- Handle any company generated opportunities with diligence and professionalism
- Maintain proper client and prospect records and database
- Continue product and technical training to keep current with developments in the Telecom’s arena to enhance your professional development
- Work responsibly and professionally with other teams and departments
- Represent the company in a professional courteous and dignified manner
- Other organisations may call this role National Account Manager, Sales Manager or Telecoms Sales Executive.

We are seeking a Business Development Manager with:
- Degree or Equivalent
- Ability to understand the effects of technical advances in relation to client benefits
