Established in 1999, we are a global fashion and accessories sourcing and trading house in London since 2018.
Our primary market is United States working with businesses like Walmart, JC Penney, Kohl's and more.
We are a strong supply chain managment company with an operations team of around 20 people and are looking to grow our business in the B2B space in the Fashion and Apparel industry in UK and other European countries like Germany, Denmark, Italy, France.
We are looking for a passionate, self-motivated, proven Business Development and Sales Manager who is capable of building and maintaining long-term business relationships with new and existing key clients in UK and all over Europe.
Successful candidate will be responsible for achieving closed B2B sales inquiry in the Fashion and Apparel sector in line with company targets. You will deliver this through strong relationships with clients, identifying and creating business with targeted prospect accounts whilst maintaining professionalism.

Achievement of Commercial Objectives
- Lead generation- Getting in touch with the B2B prospects and bringing them into the funnel
- Lead conversion- Once the prospect is in the funnel, convert them into a closed deal. A closed deal is considered when they place the order and pay upon receipt of goods
- Lead nurturing- Upon lead conversion, upselling will be key.
A major advantage- if you bring your network of apparel clients that will be a major bonus. It will reflect in your salary.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a sales representative or other customer sales role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Persistence and resilience in the face of rejection
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Customer-focused mindset and desire to provide excellent service
Education - Basic computer efficiency is required to be able to manage emails and maintain excel sheets
