Job description
You will be joining our eMAR sales team and support business growth by building a strong network of pharmacy customers across the UK. Working collaboratively with others, you will identify gaps in our pharmacy map and identify new pharmacy business in these regions. Bringing your B2B SaaS sales experience, you will be responsible for the entire sales cycle from generating leads to closing new business. What you'll do: Self-generate pharmacy leads using a range of proven lead generation strategies and partners when required Deliver key information, such as pricing, videos, demos of our eMAR software to close deals Work with other members of the Sales team to understand gaps in the pharmacy network map and work to close new business in those areas Deliver regular and consistent SaaS revenues in line with targets Provide accurate forecasting for monthly, quarterly and annual performance to the Head of Sales Maintain accurate, timely data using HubSpot CRM relating to all sales activities What you'll bring: Proven experience of selling SaaS solutions to pharmacies Significant experience of complex/technical product and/or solution sales Proven track record of B2B new business sales and regularly exceeding sales targets A good understanding of pharmacy and care home services and the key terms and vocabulary used A customer centric and consultancy sales approach and self-motivated attitude with a strong drive to succeed Excellent presentation skills and credibility to manage stakeholders at all levels Ability to work autonomously and on own initiatives What we offer: Uncapped commission The opportunity to work for a company who are making a real difference to the care sector through the use of innovative technology 25 days holiday Net zero pension scheme Monthly company social events Regular in person company meetings Additional perks including; cycle to work scheme, staff discounts portal and Employee Assistance Programme We are a an official Great Place to Work!
