Salary: £55,000 to £65,000 p/a dependent on experience
Plus access to 15% annual bonus
Position Overview:
Working as part of an established team, you will be responsible for the strategic contract management, development and revenue growth of your region including the following:
Key responsibilities:
- To develop business opportunities and directly manage contracts/accounts across Northern England & Scotland.
- To build, track and deliver an opportunity and revenue pipeline from both new and existing customers, whilst maintaining relationships in your region.
- To act as a senior member of the Business Development Team to oversee, support and work with the regional Account Manager(s), within a regional sub-team, to manage, develop and grow our business within the region.
- To provide regional monthly and quarterly management reports covering revenue, profit, pricing, sales pipeline and market intelligence (such as market trends, changes and competitor activity within your region).
- To develop effective strategies for your region working alongside the deployment team to implement new services or changes to service that are relevant & compelling to customers.
- To manage pricing across your customer and prospect contracts in the context of our central pricing strategy, including drafting pricing proposals, communicating price changes and ensuring the PO/invoice/billing process is running effectively.
- To participate in industry or promotional events (i.e. trade shows) to cultivate customer and prospect relationships.
- To ensure the needs of existing customers are consistently met, whilst acting as the main point of contact for the escalation and resolution of customer issues which constitute a contract risk.
Location:
The role is home based, but includes travel to Company premises, clients or prospects as required.
Travel:
This role will involve travel and attendance at exhibitions and meetings UK wide (including overnight stays and weekend travelling).

Person Specification:
The successful candidate will have the following experience, skills and strengths:
- Consultative sales skills and demonstrable track record within the medical service sector
- Strong customer service ethos
- Outstanding communication and relationship building skills at all levels of an organisation
- Proficient at problem solving and idea generation
- Outstanding attention to detail, both personally and in their work
- Organised, self-motivated, team player
- Proficient in MS Office software, particularly Outlook and Excel
- Data driven, very comfortable with numbers and can tell the story
- Solution and results focused, ambitious to deliver excellence in execution
- Experience in managing contractual relationships in a service sector environment
- Strong analytical & presentation skills
- Experience of working within a fast-paced organisation that is constantly changing
