About the role
As Business Development Manager covering South East London and beyond (post codes BR, ME, RH, TN), you’ll be playing a key role in the continued success of our Accord Mortgage Brand. You’ll be developing and maintaining successful relationships with key broker firms that support business strategy, increasing market share and directly impact our profit and quality KPI’s.
You’ll agree business plans with Senior Managers and use this as a basis to grow a profitable business. As well as this, you’ll be identifying and researching new opportunities for new relationships that support the business strategy.
Underpinning this will be a commitment to great customer service.
Your role won’t just be one that faces outward, your expertise and feedback on the performance of our products will be valuable for our Mortgage and Savings teams.

About you
You’ll have proven sales and business development skills and have a passion for providing a first-class customer service.
This’ll be coupled with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills as well as an eye for detail. You’ll relish a challenge and be comfortable managing a dynamic workload and diary.
Ideally, you’ll have a CeMAP qualification and excellent knowledge of mortgage lending and the regulatory framework that governs it, but don’t be dissuaded if not. If you have experience with other financial products, then we’d still be keen to hear from you.
