Job description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing customer partnerships, and driving growth for Topline. Your primary focus will be on expanding our customer base, increasing revenue streams, and establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Identify and research potential business opportunities and target customers.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients and key decision-makers.
Prepare and deliver persuasive proposal, and sales pitches to potential customers.
Negotiate and close deals, contracts, and agreements with customers to secure new business opportunities.
Monitor industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify potential business expansion areas.
Regularly report on sales performance, market trends, and business development activities to senior management.
Requirements:
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, ideally in glass and glazing or related businesses in the South West.
Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and strategies.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
Demonstrated ability to think strategically, analyze trends, and identify growth opportunities.
Proactive and self-motivated approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant business development tools.
Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.

Salary: £27,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
