A high level of professionalism and diplomacy is required for the role as is a willingness to take on new challenges and be receptive to change.

About the Role
Working within the Education section the post holder will be responsible for line managing the education development team and for the day to day management and co-ordination of national and international development activities (course, resource and accreditation). The post holder will work with a range of stakeholders as required including educational faculty, key College staff, representatives from partner organisations, industry representatives and College specialist surgical groups.
