Marketing Executive
Spaghetti House is seeking a Marketing Executive to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work with a fast-growing company that is looking for an individual who is passionate about marketing and building relationships.
Purpose:
To promote our brand and engage customers by curating all brand and marketing touch points and activity.
Duties include but are not limited to:
•Planning and executing seasonal campaigns, including co-ordinating the PR agency and freelance designer to deliver cohesive messaging and creative across all touch points.
•Briefing and directing photo and video shoots.
•Curating the content of all our digital channels, including website, social media, email marketing, third party review and booking sites Liaising with the relevant team to ensure marketing content always reflects company image and brand values.
•Working with the brand designer to manage production and print of all brand and marketing materials, from menus to posters, table talkers and A-boards.
•Reporting on and analysing data to optimise all digital channels and maximise ROI whilst engaging new customers.
•Utilising data and customer insights to formulate strategies to achieve marketing goals.
•Assisting the Marketing Consultant in scoping out and recommending new digital test opportunities and managing the activity once live.
•Relationships with business partnerships, including the New West End and Westfield.

You will be:
•Degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, other relevant qualification or experience. 2-3 years’ experience working in a marketing role, and managing cross channel campaigns.
•Knowledgeable of social media platforms (including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube, Snapchat, TikTok and other emerging platforms).
•Passionate about digital performance marketing, with a keen interest in what drives people to purchase, as well as a love of data and analysis.
•Proactivity, with a real drive to hit the numbers and problem solve during more challenging times.
•A strong communicator, positive, with a proactive and can-do attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
•An excellent team player, who is able to build strong working relationships with everyone in the team but also work on their own initiative to deliver high standards.
