Source BioScience Limited is an international provider of integrated state of the art Laboratory Services and Products. Headquartered in the UK, with offices in UK, Europe and the USA, Source BioScience is a fully owned subsidiary of SourceBio International plc.
This role involves significant client engagement and relationship management for all accounts from a sales perspective; supporting the Operations team with expected workload and liaising with all departments as needed.
- Targeting and closing new sales opportunities
- Cold call in order to generate new leads
- Maintain and upsell additional services to existing clients
- Lead/ Support tender applications
- Manage Customers, alongside customer services team
- Negotiate Service Level Agreement’s and renewals including KPI’s and pricing supported by lab managers and the Commercial Director
- Full customer onboarding process from customer application forms, liaising with the Finance team to set up clients on NAV, draft SLAs, arrange necessary courier requests, set up LIMS with appropriate client information.
- Ensure price lists are added to LIMS or appropriate accounting application and work with Account Managers to ensure these are kept up to date.
- Recruitment and retention of Consultant Pathologists
- Hand over new accounts to customer care, work with them to finalise onboarding with the secure portal.
- Use and maintain the company CRM system effectively so all activity and information is reported and logged centrally.
- To partake in exhibitions and conferences on behalf of the company and always maintain a high standard of professionalism.
- To report on sales activities with your line manager to enhance performance.
- Work with the Marketing team to ensure material and documentation is correct and up to date.
- Attend all company sales meetings and have prepared a sales report on your activities for presentation as required.
- Learn the services you will be responsible for and maintain a high competency of knowledge using the training available through the central commercial team.
- Gather and report industry trends and knowledge back to your line manager for possible development of new products and services.
- Take part in all sales activities to the best of your ability.

The salary attached to this role is paying from £45,000 - £50,000 per annum, plus a commission plan. Details to be shared at the interview stage
