Servis Facilities Management have an open opportunity to hire Senior Business Development Manager to start imminently at our office based in Loughton.
We are a rapidly growing company specialised in providing robust logistics and FM services to leading multinational blue-chip organisations across the UK. Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients, showcasing the company's products or services.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to maximize profitability.
- Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development or sales role, preferably in a Security industry.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Proficient in using CRM software to track sales activities and manage customer interactions.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
