Business Development Manager, Digital Health
SciPro is excited to share our exclusive partnership with AI-powered digital health startup that empowers healthcare professionals with their clinical judgement when diagnosing or treating any medical condition.
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join the team who will be responsible for working closely alongside the Founder to grow and scale the business. This will be the first dedicated commercial hire therefore, there is the opportunity for this person to play an instrumental role in developing, refining and improving the sales processes and shaping the sales culture within the company.
Responsibilities
- Driving the sales process, ensuring proactive management of prospects in a timely manner through each stage of the sales pipeline.
- Contribute to sales discussions, pitches and meeting. Being confident in leading multiple communication touch points with prospects and customers, including calls, emails and product demos.
- Developing the approach to objection handling, storytelling and prospecting. Understanding the buying signals and identifying the correct messaging.
- Build excellent rapport with prospects and customers and leverage expert knowledge to clearly communicate the benefits of using the platform.
- Prepare for engaging and effective meetings by creating agendas, presentations, materials, proposals, summaries and next steps.
- Manage and deliver pilot programmes with prospects including onboarding and training, optimising for high levels of adoption and engagement, creating evaluation reports and gathering feedback.
- Managing information, contacts, data and notes on CRM system, ensuring all prospects are kept up to date and the pipeline and forecasting is accurate and reliable.
You should have
- Experience in business development, sales or account management
- Experience and knowledge of the healthcare industry, specifically selling to the NHS
- Proactive approach to taking initiative and ownership
- Confident working as an individual contributor and as a team player
- Strong communication and relationship management
- Having worked in a startup or high growth environment
