Job Summary
Radiance Energy is seeking a self-motivated individual to join our business development team as a Business Development Manager. This is a key role within the business development team, with ongoing direct contact with future clients, prospects and partners across the industry. You will be a lead point of contact for key sales matters, expand the current client network, establish new strategic partnership with potential leads and discover new sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Working closely with the Company’s senior sales manager and Company's CEO, and team to grow and develop the overall sales performance.
2. Achieving the revenue/profit targets by prospecting new business to Radiance with the identified target companies
3. Expanding the depth of the existing client networks with new business opportunities by conducting professional and effective relationship management
4. Conducting sales presentations and marketing events throughout the company pipelines and build your won sales books
5. Leveraging your industry network to open up new opportunities for Radiance by, attracting new customers, identifying potential client opportunities, providing industry insight, building market brand awareness
6. Be able to book and conduct site audits to recommend application appropriate products
7. Planning and presenting reports on client leads, accounts progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives
8. Serving and developing strong relationships with current clients to grow and build the company’s reputation and market share in all regions included Canada and Western US (California, Hawaii, Arizona, Washington )
9. Working closely with the Company’s senior sales manager and Company's CEO, and team to grow and develop the overall sales performance
Skills and Qualifications
1. A minimum of 3 years ‘s experience in inside and outside sales, and a proven record of both acquiring new customers relationship and building existing books of business
2. Candidates with industry experience, financial brokerage services, and industry manufacturing consulting will be considered.
3. Strong cold calling and sales hunting skills-be able to reach 30-40 sales leads per day.
4. Familiar with salesforce, HubSpot, or other CRM system is an asset.
5. Proven track record of success withing the midsize to large business environment
6. Strong communication skills – verbal and written.
7. Sales ability (internal and external) with a focus on creating positive first impressions and demonstrating professionalism
8. Class 5 Driver's License
Salary Based + Commission + additional Sales bonus:
FTF: $150,000 + /annually
Year 2: $200,000 +/annually
Year 3: $250,000 +/annually
