This role will partner with the VP Talent Development to support the planning and execution of global talent identification processes, and the design and delivery of talent development initiatives.

- Own the design and deployment of a talent development program as part of the division’s leadership development offering
- Support the local planning and execution of global talent identification processes
- Source, evaluate and design development solutions that respond to business needs and are effectively designed within agreed methodologies and quality control standards
- Identify gaps and build effective talent development strategies through collation of outputs from talent conversations
- Provide technical solutions through knowledge of development trends, methodology and practices
- Enhance the employee experience by creating engaging and accessible development solutions
- Utilize data to identify themes to inform solutions and measure progress
- Support the embedding of a high performance, growth mindset culture through talent programs and activities
Required Education
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
Required Experience
- 6 years relevant experience
Preferred Competencies/Skills
- Consulting skills including scooping, framing, diagnosing, and designing.
- Program design and planning
- Project management
- Excellent visual, written, and verbal communication skills
- Workshop facilitation
- Ability to influence
Preferred Experience
- Demonstrated ability of managing both projects and delivering successful outcomes.
- Proven ability to work across a broad portfolio of talent and development related activities.
- Good knowledge of trends, best practice, and developments in talent development.
- Proven capabilities as a talent development specialist
Preferred Licenses/Certifications
- Association for Talent Development (ATD)
Preferred Knowledge
- Strong knowledge of delivery of Learning and/or Human Resources function
- Knowledge of learning processes and supporting administrative functions
- Familiar with learning frameworks, models and their use in underpinning business strategies
- Extensive knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design theory, techniques and trends
- Knowledge of learning platforms & applications
- In depth understanding of Enterprise and Divisional strategic direction and priorities
- Understanding of business consulting methods
- Knowledge of relevant trends and information within the industry

Compensation
Base pay offered will vary depending on, but not limited to education, experience, skills, geographic location and business needs
Annual Salary Range: $82,000 - $124,000
AL, AR, AZ, Fresno, CA, CO (Remote), DE (Remote), FL, GA, IA, ID, IL (Remote), IN, KS, KY, LA, MI, MN, MO, MS, MT, NC, ND, NE, NH, NV, OH, OK, OR, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WI, WV and WY
Annual Salary Range: $90,000 - $136,000
CA (Remote, Irvine and Woodland), Greenwood Village CO, CT, Chicago IL, MA, MD, NY (Remote), RI, Houston TX and WA
Annual Salary Range: $103,000 - $155,000
San Francisco CA, NJ and New York City NY
