Job description
The main focus of the role is to generate and increase revenue streams by working with existing database of clients and approaching and negotiating placements of candidates. The role allows the flexibility to work remotely whilst demonstrating a strong pipeline and plan of sustainable long term growth. Documenting a strategic growth plan and forecast weekly to the directors. Working alongside current business development managers to plan and target specfic organisations with viable contracts for active recruitment placements. Have the ability to manage and negotiate contracts and placements with clients. Long term ambition of the role is to manage a larger team with business growth. Show and demonstrate good recruitments skills including emails, telephone and face to face meetings. Ability to manage personal diaries and appointments. Conduct must be of the highest standards including representing the core values of the company which are hard working, professionalism, high levels of integrity and a strong level of performance.

Salary: £22,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
