Job description
You will be a key member of the Sales Team with responsibility for all Trade Sales, Account Management and education across the North or South of the UK. This role will support the growth of the business by increasing revenue & sales. You will work with closely with clients to form and build strong relationships, gain trust and to education them in ways to expand their sales opportunities. Experience in cosmetics or similar environment would be preferred.
Duties and Key Responsibilities
· Proactively drive sales revenue from both new and existing accounts, whilst meeting sales targets
· Track account performance using this data to identify and prioritise sales opportunities and risks.
· Solving problems, pitching products and wining partnership agreements
· Maintain fruitful relationships with existing customers and drive good quality growth and expansion
· Lead by example and offer support to other members of the team
· Work in line with company processes and sales tools
· Identify new leads, markets or opportunities
· Attend industry events and ensure follow up on all leads
· Fact find on all leads to find out what problems you can solve and who makes the decisions about purchasing
· Contacting clients with ‘touch points’ following the sales process
· Overseeing your accounts to ensure they are meeting the required spend for their agreement
· Lead education sessions both via videocall and in person with spa specialists
· Collaboratively lead marketing and initiative calendars with Partner accounts
· Manage account merchandising
· Work cross-functionally to ensure we deliver customer excellence on all levels
· Working with KPI’s and sales targets
· Attend monthly Sales meetings and manage forecasting and sales figures
