Business Development Manager
A top UK finance group is looking to hire a new Business Development Manager to manage their London and possibly expanding to other cities in the country. As a group of companies, we are seeking an efficient, client-focused professional who can create some of the best relationships with clients/companies and build a large sales funnel for both existing clients and new customers. You’ll be working closely with both the accounts department and the marketing department to create the best platform for the client to have a smooth transition from a new to an existing client.

The role will include:
- Support and report targets to the Sales Head daily
- Encourage associates to get fully involved in all business activities
- Work closely with partner companies whenever required
- Develop a daily action plan for existing clients’ full emersion into all services
- Set targets and follow through with the best-desired results
- Develop an understanding of the work of the group and aim to know and understand all services
- Keep up to date with the changes in the marketplace and develop a method of operation that will improve workflow, resulting in increased sales
- Assist clients to understand how lenders work and practice the best results by a proven method
Skills and experience:
- Experience in a business development role within professional services
- A superb track record of delivering or supporting the delivery of marketing and business development plans, campaigns, and initiatives
- Client development programs
- Target identification
- Market segmentation and development
- Pitch management
- A demonstrable commercial mindset, with experience in prioritizing the right activities that deliver value to our business
- Experience using Interaction CRM and Collaborate is desirable
- Ability to work well under pressure and be a strong multi-tasker
- Punctual, Flexible and Reliable
