Our client is currently offering an exceptional opportunity for a driven and entrepreneurial Business Development Manager to join their team. Reporting directly to the CEO, the selected candidate will play a crucial role in identifying new opportunities and strategically selling Negotiation and Advisory solutions across the UK and USA. Large Enterprise clients, specifically successful companies generating over $1 billion in annual revenue, with a particular focus on Financial Services firms like Private Equity, Banks, Asset Managers, and VCs, will be the target audience for this role. This newly created position presents an excellent chance for the successful candidate to make a significant impact and contribute to the growth of the organization.
Main Accountabilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the UK and USA, focusing on C-level stakeholders in Large Enterprise organizations.
- Drive the entire sales process, from lead generation to negotiation and closing deals, ensuring successful onboarding and transition of new clients.
- Continuously develop and maintain a pipeline of relevant opportunities to meet sales metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Take ownership of achieving a revenue quota of approximately £750k per year within the assigned territory (UK/US).
- Successfully manage complex high-revenue sales within diverse business environments.
- Demonstrate accurate forecasting on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in sectors such as Banking, Technology, SaaS, services, or a consultative setting.
- Strong background in the financial services industry is desirable.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully meeting and surpassing sales targets, with full ownership of the sales cycle in a business development or new business environment.
- Experience in selling to and influencing C-level executives, including positions like CEO, COO, Commercial Director, Country Head, and Chief Procurement Officer.
- Proven ability to effectively manage and forecast a complex sales process with precision.
- Willingness to travel worldwide and adapt to flexible working hours.
