About the role
You are joining the team to help our clients make informed purchasing decisions to benefit them and their business.
In your first year success looks like:
- You apply your learning and training to offer great advice to our clients.

To achieve this, you will be:
- Building relationships with existing and potential customers
- Hitting the targets the team needs to achieve its goals
- Generating new appointments for your colleagues in field sales
- Qualifying potential customers from our data to see if they may need what we can provide
- Selling product solutions directly over the phone and through video calls
- “Landscaping” – recording key information that can be used later i.e. they are coming out of contract in 18 months
- Using our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Database
- Reviewing client’s accounts to work out the best solution for the customer
- Learning from more experienced colleagues
Working Location
At the start of your career with us, you need to be able to work from our Blackheath office 5 days per week. This is to enable you to get industry-leading training and support so you can reach your full potential. Once you are up to speed, if suitable, we can review any flexible or hybrid working arrangements.
Reward
The starting salary is between £25,000 to £35,000 depending on your current ability and the time it will take to get you up to speed. If you meet your realistic targets you can expect to earn up to £55,000 per year.
On top of this, you will have the opportunity to earn from the monthly individual incentives of up to £1,000 per month . Then the quarterly company bonus scheme, which averages an additional £2,500 every 12 weeks. We also offer all the benefits listed at the bottom of this job advert.

Essential Criteria
To succeed in this role you can come from a variety of backgrounds and we will train you on everything you need to succeed, providing you meet the criteria below.
- A proven ability to build great relationships with people.
- Proven experience in implementing something you have been trained on in real life.
- Be self-motivated with the resilience to keep going when the going gets tough.
- At least one year’s experience working in a professional setting.
Advantageous Criteria
- Previous experience working in Sales (other than in a retail store).
- Experience of presenting solutions to people in a business setting.
