An exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing events & technology company based in Telford, offering fantastic earning potential and rapid career progression.
We are a B2B VR and exhibition equipment hire company looking for talented sales people to contact event agencies, stand builders, training providers & educational institutions to sell our VR and audio visual rental services.
Experience in business to business selling is requested but you do not need to have worked in the exhibitions industry previously, as full training will be provided.
A keen interest in new technologies such as virtual reality, esports & gaming equipment and audio visual technology is desirable.
Reporting to the CEO and the Commercial Director, the Businesses Development Managers will be responsible for driving a targeted sales campaign, calling senior decision makers in the above industries.
Role and Responsibilities:
· Building and managing a constantly developing list of relevant leads of potential companies.
· Managing and updating company CRM system.
· Introducing and pitching our products and services to senior decision makers from SME’s to global corporations through cold calling.
· Objection Handling.
· Managing potential customers through the sales funnel.
· Face-to-face sales with domestic and international travel to third party events.
Key Attributes:
· The ideal candidate will be entrepreneurial, driven and extremely persuasive. A people person who is sensitive to cultural differences.
· Experience in a telephone-based sales role is essential, along with an excellent telephone manner.
· The role would suit someone with high aspirations of significant earnings, looking to progress in a sales career.
· Self motivated and incredibly well organised.
· Be resilient and comfortable talking with senior decision makers, company CEO’s and managing directors.
· Strong written communication is essential along with working knowledge of the office suite.
· A good knowledge of current technologies such as VR and AV equipment.

Salary: £25,000- £32,000 per year
