Role: Business Development Manager
Salary: up to £50k + uncapped commission
Location: South Manchester

A bold and daring marketing agency based in South Manchester are looking for a Business Development Manager to join the team. Integrity is at the heart of what they do, they focus on putting together slick execution plans that deliver actual results across SEO, PPC and Paid Social.
The Role
You are an integral part of our growth. Your role will involve seeking out and identifying potential new business opportunities to help increase revenue. You will maximise the potential of the agency and will be responsible for maximising the potential to both win and deliver all commercial revenue. In addition, we want you to have strong knowledge of the agency world, and a proven track record of winning significant business in agencies.
What you’ll be doing
- Identifying a pipeline for business, by researching and prospecting new clients
- Proactively reaching out to prospects through phone, email, LinkedIn, and face to face meetings
- Creating excellent working relationships with key decision makers, including Senior Marketing Managers, Directors, and Founders
- Working closely with clients, communicating with them at every point within the sales cycle, to set clear targets
- Attending industry events to network and represent the company
What you’ll bring to the role
- Previous experience in a Business Development or Sales related role
- A working knowledge of the digital landscape as well as Google and Facebook advertising
- Experience liaising with key decision makers and stakeholders and building strong relationships
- A proven track record of driving new business through prospecting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
