Job role
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to work within our 2M Water Treatment business. This
role involves building and maintaining strong relationships across our water utility customer base. You will also
work with our commercial teams, technical staff and process controllers to help identify opportunities and
technologies to expand our product range and supplier base. The successful candidate will have responsibility
to grow the business in line with strategic growth objectives and will be able to demonstrate thorough
understanding of the industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage Customer Accounts and be a key point of contact.
- Co-ordinate the completion of formal tenders
- Identify new products, technologies and services to develop our customer base to expand our product
- Support the Business Manager ensuring alignment with the business strategy.
- Complete and return monthly reports to key customers using Excel and internal systems.
- Respond to any new queries and develop growth opportunities.
Skills, Qualifications & Experience
- Chemistry Background
- Ability to plan and work to deadlines.
- Ability to work on own initiative.
- Demonstrate effective planning.
- Experience in a customer facing / Business
- Experience of working towards targets.
