Business Development Manager
No.32 is a boutique hotel located in the quaint village of Tarporley, Cheshire. Boasting an exquisite blend of modern comforts and historic charm, our establishment offers an immersive hospitality experience. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional service and a truly memorable dining experience to our guests in our restaurant.
We are currently seeking a proactive and creative Business Development Manager with a passion for hospitality and the ability to bring new ideas and strategies to the table. The main goal of this role is simple - to enhance our hotel and restaurant's visibility and attract more guests.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop, implement, and manage marketing strategies that will increase hotel and restaurant bookings.
2. Liaise with local businesses to form strategic partnerships and promotional opportunities.
3. Implement initiatives to boost online presence and reputation, including social media strategy, SEO, content marketing, and online reviews management.
4. Work closely with the team to ensure offerings are in line with market trends and customer expectations.
5. Monitor competition and stay updated with trends.
6. Track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of sales and marketing strategies.
7. Represent the company.
8. We are looking for a self-motivated, goal-oriented, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a healthy commission structure.
As our Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our company, which also has a coffee & wine bar in Parkgate, hotel in Chester, and is building several larger projects nationally. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients, and managing projects from start to finish.
