About the Role:
We are seeking a trainee tech recruiter who is incredibly hungry to become the very best in the industry through hard work and dedication. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding expectations and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment that values innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, and attract new candidates across North America for our existing clients
- Gather market insights
- Build relationships with members of the community
Who You Are:
- Strong entrepreneurial skills
- Has a can-do attitude and finds solutions to problems
- Proven track record in recruitment, or other sales environments
- Strong desire to learn and grow.
- Naturally curious
- A personable individual who is willing to get involved with the team socially and has a flexible & adaptable mindset
