A Business Development Executive / Field Sales Executive is needed to join an award-winning Interior Design Partnership on a part-time basis (approximately three days a week / flexible hours). Covering London, you will be out and about meeting customers (estate agents / high net worth individuals), building rapport and generating sales appointments.
This award-winning agency has established itself as a unique company with an excellent reputation. Creating bespoke interiors in properties across Britain and the Alpine regions of France and Switzerland, their passionate team craft interiors which reflect the needs of the client, as well as sourcing the very best furnishings from all over the world. Due to continued success, they are now seeking a super friendly, ambitious, sales savvy appointment setter to head up their London sales.
Joining as the Business Development Executive / Field Sales Executive you will be responsible for the lead generation of customers in London. Whether you are contacting estate agents via calls and walk-ins to introduce services; generating opportunities through calls/emails / social selling; explaining key benefits; generating and nurturing leads; or building rapport, it will be your sociable, confident, and chatty personality that converts conversations into closed sales appointments.
Please note, you are not expected to close the sale, you are making sales appointments for the Design Director.
To qualify... You could be a Business Development Executive / Field Sales Executive / Sales Executive / Sales Representative / Lead Generation Executive / Appointment Setter / High Ticket Closer / Business Development Exec / Field Sales Representative / Regional Sales Executive / Estate Agent or similar with a CV that demonstrates:
Experience selling to senior stakeholders ideally in the property / interior design industry
Outstanding presentation skills
Excellent communication skills (written and oral, you are fluent in English)
The ability to self-manage your own diary and journey plans
Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
An outgoing, poised and persuasive communication style that enables you to build rapport
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment whilst quickly adapting to changing market conditions
Based from home you will be given the autonomy to work on your own terms; therefore you should be the type of person who can take the initiative and get the job done. Regular contact is expected with the head office team and occasional meet-ups in Ashford. In return you can expect flexible working hours, travel allowance and commission on closed sales.
