Position: Business Development Executive - Sales
Industry: Corporate Training
Salary: £22k basic + commission (OTE £29k in 1st year)
Hours: Mon to Fri 8.30am to 5pm

The Role
As a BDE, you will play a vital role in our business, driving the sales cycle and exceeding targets. Your responsibilities will include:
· Proactively sourcing leads and opportunities through various communication channels.
· Building strong relationships with prospects and understanding their unique needs.
· Identifying sales trends and presenting fresh ideas to capitalize on opportunities.
· Collaborating with the team to create compelling proposals and quotes for clients.
· Consistently achieving activity KPIs and monthly sales targets.
· Maintaining accurate records of sales opportunities in our CRM system.
What we look for
· Minimum of 6 - 12 months previous experience in converting outbound sales calls.
· Excellent communication skills and confidence to deal with decision makers.
· A high-performance mentality and a hunger for closing deals.
· Proactive, Results Driven and self-disciplined with a strong work ethic
· Resilience and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
