As a Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in laying the foundation for our sales team to come. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential customers, and driving sales growth. Your primary focus will be on generating sales through various channels, such as online platforms, social media, and other sales strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct research to identify potential customers and sales opportunities.
- Generate leads through various channels, such as cold calling, networking, and online platforms
- Build and maintain relationships with potential customers to understand their needs and requirements
- Present and promote our products to potential customers, and negotiate and close sales deals
- Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement effective business development strategies and plans
- Provide feedback and insights from the market to help refine our offerings and improve our sales strategies
- Act a brand ambassador and represent our company's values and mission in all customer interactions
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in business development, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals and generate revenue
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with potential customers
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with the apparel or fashion industry is a plus, but not required.
Compensation:
Salary is based on experience.
