Our business development executives work with clients via sector-leading international events. Our events bring together agents, educators and service providers.
We are seeking a highly articulate Business Development Executive to onboard and support our new and returning clients.
TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Researching and identifying new business opportunities.
- Re-engaging and reviving dormant relationships.
- Contacting prospects.
- Updating CRM with new contact information and sales notes.
- Nurturing and converting inbound leads.
- Onboarding and training new customers as necessary.
- Maintaining excellent service standards, going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Providing technical support and ad-hoc training to our clients.
- Developing customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty, ultimately improving customer lifetime value and reducing churn.
Strengths and Skills
- You will be degree educated and have excellent communication skills.
- Experience of study abroad and the international education industry would be an advantage.
- Previous experience working in the international office of an institute of education is a plus.
- Previous experience in a sales role is preferred, but not required as training will be given.
- You will be able to work autonomously, managing your own time and working remotely.
