Our business development executives work with clients via sector-leading international events. Our events bring together agents, educators and service providers.

We are seeking a highly articulate Business Development Executive to onboard and support our new and returning clients.

TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Researching and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Re-engaging and reviving dormant relationships.
  • Contacting prospects.
  • Updating CRM with new contact information and sales notes.
  • Nurturing and converting inbound leads.
  • Onboarding and training new customers as necessary.
  • Maintaining excellent service standards, going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Providing technical support and ad-hoc training to our clients.
  • Developing customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty, ultimately improving customer lifetime value and reducing churn.

Strengths and Skills

  • You will be degree educated and have excellent communication skills.
  • Experience of study abroad and the international education industry would be an advantage.
  • Previous experience working in the international office of an institute of education is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a sales role is preferred, but not required as training will be given.
  • You will be able to work autonomously, managing your own time and working remotely.
