A well-established clinic seeking a Telesales Executive (MUST BE FLUENT IN ENGLISH).
Due to the expansion of our product portfolio, we are looking for someone to join our team with a can-do attitude who is focused, approachable, and works well as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Contact potential customers via phone/email to promote our products and services.
- Manage and deliver marketing campaigns.
- Manage the call list efficiently and identify key players, leading to sales.
- Book sales meetings with decision makers for the sales team.
- Maintain and expand the database of prospects in CRM.
- Develop key accounts within the business.
- Achieve weekly and monthly "Conversation" targets.
- Support the Head of Sales in running successful sales campaigns.
- You will develop an excellent understanding of our services.
Skills (Essential):
- Proven telesales experience in an outbound environment, with a drive to generate sales (preferably within the furniture sector).
- Marketing tools experience.
- Understanding the strengths and weaknesses of competition and offering ways to satisfy customer needs with our products and services.
- A B2B customer service experience would be ideal.
- CRM software experience is desired.
- Strong communication and teamwork with excellent written and verbal skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and administrative skills.
- Highly organised and work independently.
- IT literacy to a competent level.
- Friendly, flexible, and adaptable.
- Reliable, hard-working, and willing to learn.
Hours: 9am to 5pm
Job Types: Full-time, Freelance
Salary: £4,000.00-£8,000.00 per month
