Your mission is to:

    • Work independently and with trusted sales agents to generate and qualify leads through targeted outreach
    • Work closely with the Commercial Operations team to help categorise and prioritise brands on a clearly defined prospect list developed through in-depth market analysis
    • Work closely with colleagues in Partner Marketing to generate compelling pitches that align with Fnatic’s proposition and capability to deliver
    • Track and manage a pipeline of multiple opportunities, ensuring key stakeholders are kept informed about status and progression
    • Support and build key sales agency relationships and ensure Fnatic’s commercial interests are being advanced at all times
    • Represent Fnatic at industry events, and through other appropriate channels, to educate and inform the market as well as to create authentic networking opportunities
    • Take on ad-hoc projects as outlined by your manager

We're looking for:

    • Sales experience, ideally in a digital agency, media or rights-holder environment
    • Track record of over-achievement and hunger to exceed targets
    • Ability to understand the goals of brands and how they can engage with audiences to achieve them
    • An engaging personality that naturally builds strong relationships
    • Self-awareness and honesty in evaluating how you can improve
    • A disciplined, methodical approach; understanding the inputs that lead to success
    • Knowledge of the esports/gaming landscape desirable (but not essential)
    • Strong analytic skills and affinity for data
    • Creativity and ability to participate in ideation
    • Excellent written and verbal communication in English, additional languages desirable

What we have to offer:

    • The chance to learn from an ambitious and super creative team, and enjoy the buzz of our fast-paced business
    • Hybrid onsite/remote work policy
    • Private medical insurance (Vitality)
    • ASOS discount
    • Eyecare vouchers
    • Cycle to work scheme
    • Self-development book requests for the Fnatic Library
    • Fnatic shop staff discount
    • Fruit, drinks and snacks available daily in the office
    • Regular lunch clubs, office drinks and other social activities
