The Cocktail Geeks is an independantly owned cocktail bar in Edinburgh. We are focused on delivering excellent customer experience alongside encouraging creativity within our team. Our goal is to create immersive drinking experiences by combining our love of pop culture and cocktails.

We are currently seeking a Team Member to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering our high standard of customer care and drinks service. We believe in giving a genuine and honest experience and fully encourage you to be yourself. We are by nature, geeks and we hope the successful candidate will be as excited as we are to bring our favourite Pop Culture fictions to life in our wee bar. We work very collaboratively with our other team members and management. Each menu is created by our team so you'll have an active role in creative drinks development if you choose. We also value each persons input in the day to day running of the bar. Our team members are trained bartending and floor service but once you're fully trained, you can let us know if you have a preference.
As we are hiring for our reopening, we will have training days while the bar is closed to the public to cover all areas of service as well as going through The Cocktail Geeks bible. This is a unique opportunity to become part of our team and learn together to make this new start as brilliant as we're excited for it to be.
We ask that all team members fully embrace each theme, learning as much as you can about the topic in order to convey this knowledge to our guests through the drinks themselves and customer service. This includes watching films & television, playing games and tasting cocktails! We also have a new uniform for each theme for extra immersion.
