Business Development Executive
Starting salary £23,000 with an uncapped commission scheme (OTE £35,000)
The role of the Skills Bootcamp Business Development Executive is an essential part of the Skills Bootcamp Sales function and will be focusing on Employer engagement. To work with building relationships and to build the understanding of the advantages and benefits of working with Firebrand to help with fulfilling IT and Digital Vacancies within organisations or supporting upskilling of current employees to strength IT and Digital skills for the future requirements.
As part of the Business Development Team, you will need to be able to be proactive in sourcing Employers and contacts within companies to arrange calls and meetings to present Firebrand Bootcamp offering. To deliver a professional service to both external and internal customers. To work under pressure, to achieve sales targets.
Key responsibilities
· Identify and develop new business opportunities with new and existing clients.
· Promote our Skills Bootcamp programme with the aim of employers committing to interviewing Skills Bootcamp learners and job placements.
· Working with Employers to understand needs and to align them to Firebrand offering.
· Work toward performance targets (KPI’s) in line with agreed business planning.
· Providing solutions to client queries and challenges.
· Work closely and effectively with the Recruitment Team to ensure continuity on Employer vacancies and positive outcomes.
· Work with marketing to help generate campaigns to target prospective customers and work on partnered bootcamps.
· Record all relevant information on companies CRM system.
· Find and attend relevant networking events.
· To work with the Head of Bootcamps to align best practise and strategy to reach and exceed revenue targets
