The Team:

In order to help us achieve our ongoing global ambitions, we require an organised, collaborative, and energetic Marketing and Business Development Executive to join our marketing team in the London office on a full-time permanent basis supporting our well established Critical Systems team.
The Role:
The role requires a self-driven, hands-on person that can work independently and make full use of the resources in the global Critical Systems team and the global marketing team. This will be an experienced Marketing and Business Development Executive that can offer strategic leadership and is also able to deliver outputs. An example of tasks would include: Work closely with Business Development Marketing Manager to prepare Critical Systems Global Sector Marketing strategy, objectives and implementation plans. Drive content on website, track and enter awards and speaking slots for industry events, work with the submissions team to prepare bids, engage with our PR manager and collaborate closely with partner and associate group.

You have demonstrated your ability to think and work strategically and to co-ordinate and supervise the activities of others to achieve objectives. Crucially, you have outstanding written and verbal communication skills, a proven track-record of influencing senior stakeholders in an assertive but diplomatic manner.
A qualification in marketing and/or experience in the built environment sector would be advantageous.
Experience within the Critical Systems sector is advantageous but not necessary.
This position will offer hybrid working – 3 days in the office and 2 at home.

Experience in a marketing and/or business development role, you have also proven yourself in professional services and/or a consultancy environment and gained experience of working with marketing databases.
