Job Description: Business Development Executive
The Business Development Executive will play a pivotal role in the agency's growth trajectory. They will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships, and closing deals to drive revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities in the digital marketing space.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and potential partners.
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to clients.
Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop innovative strategies and campaigns.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
Manage the entire sales cycle from first contact with the client to securing a deal.
Provide timely feedback to the leadership regarding marketplace performance.
Qualifications and Skills
Proven track record of successful sales experience.
An understanding of digital marketing strategies and trends. (Advantageous but not essential)
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and networking skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a high degree of self-motivation and initiative.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and a strong ability to think strategically and analytically.
