Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and securing new business opportunities, as well as building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the industry landscape.

Responsibilities:

Identify and evaluate new business opportunities to expand the company's market presence and drive revenue growth.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential target markets.

Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, industry conferences, and referrals.

Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients, actively managing the sales process from lead generation to closure.

Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to key decision-makers.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to develop customized solutions for clients.

Negotiate and close business deals, ensuring profitable contracts and favorable terms for the company.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing excellent customer service and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Stay updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.

Prepare regular reports and presentations on sales performance, market trends, and competitive analysis for management review.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £25,000.00-£35,009.00 per year
