Head of Sales
Office Based - Old Trafford
Monday - Friday
Salary - Up to £75,000 (depending on experience)
OTE £35,000+

We are looking for an experienced Head of Sales, ownership of the BDM team and take full responsibility for delivering new business sales into that arena.
You will specifically be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that will increase the revenue through National and Regional customers and further expand our customer base by providing industry leading services. You will lead a team of high performing sales professionals and work closely with the Divisional Directors and other departments within the organisation including marketing, customer service, and operations to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver and execute a comprehensive sales strategy, focusing on new business sales growth whilst maintaining a sales pipeline to ensure adequate forward revenue cover.
- Drive upselling and cross-selling across key accounts within the division including processing, and across the wider group.
- Lead a team of sales professionals, providing coaching and guidance to maximize their potential and performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders, and identify new opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with marketing, customer service, and operations to ensure smooth customer onboarding, and ongoing customer satisfaction.
- Develop and manage sales budgets and monitor performance against targets.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of leading a B2B sales department.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to develop and execute sales strategies and drive revenue growth.
- Experience in managing sales teams, and ability to provide coaching and guidance.
- Strong customer focus, and ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
