Telesales / Business Development Executive.
- Full-time,
- to be based in Portsmouth
- Minimum 3 months
- Must have current Enhanced DBS Certificate
Job Role:
- Researching Local Businesses
- Carrying out Direct and Indirect marketing campaigns
- Cold and warm calling new and existing businesses
- Carrying out telemarking campaigns based on team requirements
- Updating the internally CRM system
- Generating and qualifying leads – Passing to senior member of the team once qualified.
- Booking in F2F meetings for senior members of the team
This role is 80% Telephone sales, and the candidate will be expected to be making sales calls on a daily basis.
The Person:
- Essential - Experience in business development / telephone sales
- Desirable – experience in recruitment OR Apprenticeships
- Hard working, task driven, target orientated.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £18.00-£25.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday

- Portsmouth: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
