Marketing and Business Development Assistant

Location: Salisbury, Wiltshire, UK
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum

About the Role
Working within our customer facing Business Development team, you will be working across Marketing and Sales, supporting the team in raising the profile of our rapidly expanding, and cutting-edge company. This role will involve working in collaboration with key functions across the business and will be predominantly office based with the opportunity for some hybrid working. May suit a recent graduate looking to kickstart their career at an innovative, and exciting company at the forefront of the UK UAS Development.
Responsibilities
- Support in creating new marketing material and campaigns for our market leading products.
- Take part in market and competitor analysis.
- Support in the running of Callen-Lenz social media, helping create informative, exciting and innovative content.
- Data analysis; extracting the correct data for analysis, interpreting, and relaying the data – helping inform future planning.
- Opportunity to attend and support the organisation of high-profile events, such as international trade shows and Expos.
- Support preparation of bids/proposals.
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with key stakeholders.
About You
You will be looking to pursue a career in Marketing/Business Development. A UK driving licence is desirable due to our office location.
Qualifications
A degree in a relevant subject.
Key skills/qualities:
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
- Passionate about building a career within Business Development and curios to gain new knowledge and skills.
- Ability to prioritise and work towards deadlines.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically highly competent using Excel.
- Keen eye for detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively with various internal and external stakeholders.
Personal:
- Must be a British Citizen or have an existing right to work in the UK
- Ability to hold Security Clearance – 5 years residence in the UK
- Ability to leave near and work in Fonthill, Salisbury
